Did you even watch the AGM? It was a debacle. Claimed to have reached out to the families only for the families to claim that nobody had bothered to even contact them during the AGM. I would hazard a guess they spent the last couple of days getting QC's to start defending them. (Ardent will pay for this as well). Instead of actually doing the things the board should have been doing after what had happened. Also the question was raised regarding her bonus only for her to say that she didn't want to discuss it AT THE AGM! She shouldn't have been willing to give the money at the start not after she was embarrassed and force to save face. The board has shown only interest in themselves.
