As much as I would like the SP to hit $1 and above, I think 50c might be fair value for the up coming JORC.
The company will release a JORC somewhere between 0-100Mill tonnes. I'm guessing (3.5Km (strike) x 250m (width) x 20m (thickness) x 1.5 (density)) ~ 25Million tonnes of coal.
Lets just throw a figure of $1per tonne and $8-10Mill of cash and you get a fair value of around 50c.
I'm happy for people to question my numbers as it is an open forum.
So there is still plenty of upside from these levels. Very little downside from the low 20's.
NB: I haven't included any speculative value for the remaining licenses.
