The Energy dept of Vic gave preference to smaller companies however Iluka was one of the many others that tried to secure it.

One condition is that a minimum amount of $$ must be spent every 1/4 and pa otherwise they will take it away.

That is why APG did a JV with Aust Zircon so that monies will be spent on the deposit on an ongoing basis.
