I had a jaw replacement from my tibia after cancer removed....I had radiation.....now have a dribbling problem ..massive run of saliva but stops if I lie down or when I am asleep cannot get it to my throat to swallow.. teeth seem to be blocking it... can anyone help....perhaps someone has had the same side effect
