I have not taken alot of interest in PSA uptil today. Today's rise really caught my attention --- after reading this thread i thought i'd have a look at PSA's fundamentals.
I've had a look, and i'm not sure if i'm reading this right...?
They've producing an average of 18,000,000 cubic feet of gas per day, at a cost of approx $US 0.50 per thousand cubic feet.... and they're receiving $US 5 per thousand cubic feet for this ??
DO they have any capital commitments, litigation pending, or outstanding liabilities that i am unaware of ??
This can't be correct, can it ?
If correct, we're looking at gross cash flows in excess of $50M this year...? .... which is 1.5x their current market cap??
I have very minimal experience with oil/gas explorers & producers... so could someone please comment on whether my broard assumptions are correct ?
