Once CCP started to fall for whatever reason there was the fear from the previous catastrophy not to be caught again which i think escalated the slide. I had a stop loss triggered as many probably did which also exacerbated the situation.
CCP does have some Legal problems. it would be interesting to know how these are proceeding.
