Their legal problems are very minor in the whole scheme of things, and they are insured against any claims anyway. It was caused by the last CEO (who was a moron) who misrepresented the facts and many people bought the stock on his incorrect and false misrepresentations when the stock was in the mid $5s, and when the share price fell further those shareholders rightly so joined in a class action in an attempt to recoup their losses. I think those shareholders have a good case and will very likely get compensation for their losses and the matter will be settled in due course. Please note however, the higher the share price rises towards the mid $5s, the less will be the losses and hence the payout. This is a minor issue and will not affect the business and its performance.
