Buy if it drifts below 31c IMHO. Though I'd wait and see where support is below 31 before jumping in.
Technically:
Cap raise was done at 52c. What's happened in the interim. SP drifted to a support level of roughly 33c. Range traded above this in anticipation of JSF signing.
Fundamentally:
We have the first signature. A bit more clarity required with today's ann re 3 groups of LTAs... However the first signing is a significant step and paves the way.
Hold and accumulate on dips is my call. Hold for the risk averse.
