As per Sept 30 Ann the company anticipated a response from the US regulator (SEC) within 60-90 days so even adding 1 week to the 90 day window allowing for Xmas/New Year period one would still expect news within days now imo.
Subject to and post SEC's approval it's my understanding that Biomed could be trading Level II ADR on Nasdaq within 30 days.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
