who said we are in the hands or at the mercy of the SEC?
- PRR could have told or 'indicated' to them to wait with final approval until a stated date - PRR has an investor road show that it has paid big bucks for, so i am placing bets the company has the SEC well and truly squared away to fall-in with the company's timetable, and has largely created its own gates to walk through, when it wants to
we are talking about America here - champions of insider trading, fraudulent & dodgy bankers, and elected officials who will do anything for a kick-back err, donation... - company listings are just part of the whole caper...
