    Hi DH,

    I understand HOA progressing slowed with lawyers , audit review etc, bu will be signed this will give about approx 1.5m cash reimbursement which will be key. Likely the SPP will fall over. The extra good news is that the cash reimbursement going forward is at commecial rates which will provide some cash flow going forward..
    Patience is the key...
