My conspiracy theory is Mr 20% is not concerned about taking a seat on the board because... He has an agenda for a low ball offer takeover? Maybe he is the one using a percentage of his holding to manipulate the sp and to force the sp down again... You don't need much shares to do this when volume drops off...
