I think that the $20M may be the total cost as the report is for MMR and it's controlled entities (I think Advent was classified as such) and BUY was free carried into New Seaclem.
I suspect $20M for the gas exploration component of the drill should be the upper limit in the current environment subject to future FX movements and availability when the time comes.
If $20M is right, Advent $17M, BUY $3M. There are a number of variables around who will fund the gap between cash currently held and what will be required.
