Hi T,
WPL seem to be on the lower edge of keeping the market informed. I guess there may be a couple of reasons.
1. Chinese are starting to get very active in Africa and S. America.
2. They want to keep a lid on things in M to ease the political pressure over there.
3. Chinese missed out on Unocal and may be looking for something else.

Maybe one day we might find out. But one good thing I guess, we still own HDR

Any one heard how the court case is going between HDR and WPL?

I'm in for the long haul.......
