re: ... getting set for a caning ... Moondah is seen as high risk as an offshore well and something the market will approach with caution, but what well isn't high risk. So maybe factored into price. Remember, ARQ has come off a recent low of $1.41, so may be taking a breather.
Hartleys is offering free research report on ARQ for ARQ shareholder. Havn't read the report, but seems they are backing ARQ. Good way to get client business.
