No oil company has their own rigs no matter big they are..they may have rigs on contract that they can relocate..day rates are likely to fall significantly over the coming months..
One thing that worries me now is that this well will not be considered a viable option at current oil prices..would need to be at least $60 per barrel for an edeavour of this nature I would think...worried that this one could be years off ever happening.
