MEC's Directors have issued a response to the above on the Company's website.
Direct conclusions may be drawn from Mr Fontaine's post above that:
* The requisitioners continue to collude with and/or are associated with Mr Breeze, BPH Energy and Grandbridge as they claim that replacement of the board of MEC will enable resolution of the current disputes;
* The above graph demonstrates that drilling another duster in PEP11 based on sub-optimal 2D seismic data would see the share price plummet, and therefore it doesn't represent professional and prudent risk management.
We look forward to receiving any queries on the notice of meeting or future exploration of the Company's assets from concerned shareholders.
