I assumed this wasn't a real question, just 'baiting'
ANY prudent investor should be selling some shares if the share price goes from 2c to over $1 leading up to hitting the target. It doesn't matter if it is the lowest risk target, with the best data, exploration drilling is always risky.
Having said that, if I am a director, I won't be able to sell any shares during this time.
