Hi Bilo70 and all,
An excellent post sir!
You also raise one of my fears in that Mr Fontaine is merely a proxy for Mr Breeze and if that is the case I would find that problematic. I strongly suspect that the current director’s may have similar fears and that is their reason they have no wish to see him join the board.
I was a large holder of BUY around the time that Mr. Phil Kelso wrested control of that group from Mr. Tom Fontaine, this is probably where his understanding of hate, animosity, acrimony and legal actions stems from and what damage it can do to a company.
Between the cross holdings, lack of clarity as to who is being carried by whom, the infighting for control and the hostile characters involved in this chaotic travesty only confirms my decision to sell out long ago!
If nothing else it sounds like the next general meeting promises to be most exciting, probably turn into a bun fight of epic proportions!!!
As always, these are just my thoughts and opinions shared in good faith and certainly not advice, the PEP-11 story more than any other I know of displays the need for research and due diligence in spades!
Cheers and very best regards: Andy
