Equipment problems are a fact of life for offshore operations, despite best contingencies.
The professionalism of KAR/COP should not be underestimated on this drilling program. While the delays are frustrating (naturally as shareholders the anticipation of hitting the pay zone keeps us on edge), the operators are doing everything possible to ensure there are no problems with the hole.
Although we are proceeding slowly, this will be in the best interests of our investment.
I would hate to think what would happen to my investment if another Montara occurred!
