ELK have said in reports previously that they are confident that there is oil in one of these sands due to oil shows on abandoned wells that is not from Muddy. They will be testing the top 3 sands in this upcoming well and the other down the track.

The 2nd sand out of the 3 is oil stained in other areas which leads to an increase in this upcoming well finding oil.

The Grieve oil attracts a better price due to the quality of the oil. Apparently WTI grade. This well does have large potential.
