Todays - Yes announcement good but technical and until the assays are received market will probably hold back on any action.
Yes only 55 mil. shares and between MS and another major holder they have around 30 Mil. so balance only 25 mil. Whether the market will deem liquidity too tight or whether, if the assays are great, SP will take off, only time will tell. I guess we will have to wait and find out!
