"If" they took the option to re-establish the old gold plant why not spend a bit extra to add a sub circuit for Lithium ? But the real issue here is time to market hence the MOU with POS ... They want to be producing lithium concentrate ASAP ... Rebuild of gold plant would take too long for the lithium. But they may decide that the case for gold is strong enough to go ahead anyway with re-establishing the old plant.
