It seems bleedin obvious to me that the financier mafia have pushed the price down again to a level they like..and they cant get enough retail shareholders to sell to assist so they are borrowing stock to sell (shorting) to keep the price down.
This will go on until the permit, then debt/equity financing is announced.
we are therefore stuck.
Unless a big player is prepared to take them on ..say build a 5-8% stake..nothing is going to change
suck it up..(thats a note to self)
