I would assume that's due to strategic reasons.
Everyone is holding their cards close to their chest with all that is happening with this stock right now.
And understanbly so...
Personally, I'd rather wait a few more years in the stock than getting a ridiculour offer of $8-9 for this stock. We all know it's worth much, much more than that.. 6 months ago we were looking at $15+.
