i know for myself//i am going disaprove most of the resoulations..as a shareholder of the company we have rights to vote the way we want ...
i am not voting for extra shares been thrown in the market..thow i will vote for the exchange resoltion...as they are with this company in the long haul...while the rest of the res r going to get a big no from me
6cents a share is not good enough...its ok for cape they got in at 7c..some people need 25 cents just to break even...everybody should vote wen they get there proxy
