Some co's will put out a press release after every second drill hole. Probably in an attempt at keeping the market interested. But in reality it just makes it time consuming for investors to wade through so many releases. Especially if you want to go back through releases to find some info to reference , it can be nightmare to find what you're looking for at times.
AMX prefers to do fewer releases that contain alot more info giving a broader and easier to follow progression of information. They'll usually report once an entire feild program has been completed in an area (whether is aircore, RC or what ever..)
For this reason , we don't always see news flow as often as one might expect.
And process of testing an area correctly takes carefull consideration and diligence - this is time consuming.
They may complete a first pass , get some assays back , then see if they are off or on trend , then return to do more drilling once better guided by the initial assays. Then go nuts once they have the direction of minerisation confirmed.
This may be time consuming , but is how it must be done (and most likely hasn't been done all the time lately due to lab delays). Can't afford to waste $$$ drilling off trend. Better to do it right and take a little more time , then deliver insignificant results to the market.
