Thats my point, they can't with hold news for Brokers.....They simply aren't allowed, any news a Broker receives prior to the market being notified that would allow a Broker to trade or disclose that may effect the share price is a breach.
If they have been told that, and given I have heard Von repeat a similar story after calling Henry, he as the Company secretary could end up being in a lot of trouble.
The beautiful part of this story is, if someone has invested a large portion of money into this company and this is infact happening....There is probably a law suit in case in which you will get all your money back, so technical investing @ 20c or 12c if your a big fish is a win win....
