Whilst I was looking to find some information on similar epithermal systems (ie to the "pull apart" basin) of Hampyeyong, I stumbled upon the very interesting story of Aurelian Resources and its Fruta Del Norte discovery.

Looking past the fact that Aurelian Shareholders might have ended up being screwed over (after probably getting filthy rich too) by a Management deal with Kinross - check out some of the drill results and photos of the banded epithermal Quartz. This is just another example of what these LS epithermal discoveries can deliver.
