I emailed the CEO regarding the DRC drill map and he explained to me how to interpret it.

Basically, if you print the map out and hold it in front of you, then turn it sideways (so the printed side is facing to the right), the drill holes entered the ground in the air up and off to your right and penetrate the map at the two black dots marked. Makes sense, when you think of it that way.
