Watso might be a bit of a smart arse but his arguments are soundly based.
To explain why they farmed out 80% you need to know the person running the company i.e pulling the strings, signing the announcements. He's an accountant an old auditor no less, not a true believer like the mining boys. The mining boys would have tried to convince him of doing it themselves but he would have had eyes only for the cash Cazaly would spend instead of GDA having to.
I totally agree with Watso on the farm out. Why would you?
I've traded out of GDA and turned a profit but if I re-enter it will be via Cazaly.
