The issue is with the CR... no matter wheather it be good or not for the company, existing holders are pissed off they didn't a. get any stock and b. their stock was diluted.
Yes, if's a duster there's cash to continue operating etc... but there are big holders, bigger than day trading HC subscribers, who are selling.
Let's hope it dries up soon as 43.5 bid is value in the short term.
