Now this could be a bad thing or a good thing, depending on your point of view. Sellers making easy profit without drill risk. Then again, cash in the bank is never a bad thing. Maybe even another acquisition? Who knows...

If you want to see a spike upwards, you have to wait for sellers to run out of cheap options and good news. These days they are providing liquidity to brokers who want their clients to get in under 4c.
