well... very different situations... FAR is in the typically bullish pre-spud phase for its Senegal drilling whilst PCL in the heebadajeebie (to quote Madagascar movie) phase with test results due. Very different balance of buyers/sellers between these two circumstances.
that's how I see it. but saying that, PCLs pre spud phase was very unusual as it got caned very early on due to ultimately false gossip re a capital raise. Very atypical and disappointing trading for PCL that it never recovered from given that CVN and FAR have had strong good predrill runs.
