Hi Wang Chung, To suggest an answer to your question.. ....JIMHO .. 1.A lot of stockholders in PCL are Long.(I AM one of these). 2.A lot of stockholders are also experienced oilers.(I am NOT one of these ). 3.A lot of stockholders have been in this stock one way or another for over 10 Years.(I AM one of these). 4.A lot of stock holders (around 15%) are PCL Management. (I am NOT one of these)....but I believe they are long. 5.Long holders also age. Long and Older holders become increasingly difficult to "spook" once they make their mind up. (The "old bull and the young bull" story). PCL are the last of the small guys on the Kenya blocks (partly because they floated along time ago!) This of course does not guarantee oil! 6.Old and long holders tend to not give a rat's arse what the price is today, but only focus on what it may be tomorrow when we strike oil.(I AM one of these) 8.Old and long holders sometimes have to eat their words!
