looks like something is going - some good buyers turning up in anticipation of something good !
A JV on the onshore would be good !
On the chart it appears it has broken that downtrend from end of Jan - RSI,MACD all turning positive. A close at 12 should send it on its way - well to 16 at least ! ( although u want to see better volume than this !)
