Far from being a downramper, or someone who makes statements before doing my research - I thought it wise to make this a new topic for proper discussion -
Has anyone seen anything more recent in relation to 'commonwealth approvals' than the 19 November 2010, when page 22 of the BPH Prospectus stated "Formal advice regarding the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) referral is pending"?
Does anyone know what "formal advice" means? There are some on here who claim to know the real story - can you please let the rest of us know...
