+1 vcubitt, this was the elephant in the room from today's ann, perfoect opportunity to make reference to any progress/issues on this front yet nada.

I traded this a few times on the way up and was tempted today to jump on to ride the pre-spud roller coaster, but without the EPBC (and like you, not down ramping but being realist) these boys are playing a dangerous game. It brings back connotations of EPR. Let hope not.

Huge potential here, but very expensive if the EPBC isn't in place once the rig is set up.
