The greenies must then have their argument with the Gov. as approval will surely be official before the OP pops up off Newcastle . Otherwise they will cry foul . DB must know the approval timing to do it this way .

That will then leave the way clear for the financial statements re: new deals before spud . That deal will see the price move accordingly ( up I hope ) . I'm still betting on a run not a sell off .
