    Page 22 of the BPH Prospectus dated 19 November 2010 states "Formal advice regarding the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) referral is pending."

    Do we assume the formal advice has been received from the Dept of Environment and all is well?
