If I had a dollar for every time a timeline wasn’t met for any company I wouldn’t need to be investing any more, id have made me millions, oh an beurocrats and paperwork/permits equals take for bloody ever, but you already knew that right. So in perspective, yes timelines are stretching out,(that happens) top 10 shareholders have increased there holdings, (that rarely happens with out a cause) oh and it’s a SPEC stock so treat it accordingly, if you want a sure thing.... winx 20 dollars on the nose
