Metal Tiger (LON: MTR), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resources is pleased to announce that it has today received completed signed exercises of options for 3,000,000 options at a price of 3p from Charles Hall, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, for a value of GBP90,000, and for 3,330,000 options at a price of 2p from Terry Grammer, Non-Executive Director of the Company, for a value of GBP66,600.
Following the issue, Mr Hall will have a beneficial interest in 35,394,699 ordinary shares representing circa 3.13% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Grammer will have a beneficial interest in 71,480,667 ordinary shares representing circa 6.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
