I have always hoped that LIT would push exploration in this area. The original surface indications were very promising and you can see from the composite cut and paste picture below that its tenements are adjacent to the GXY tenements. GXY is mining spodumene there, producing 14000 tp month of 6% spodumene concentrate, which is pre-sold to Chinese clients at around $900/t.
NOTE: The LiO2 grades shown on the GXY tenements right next to where LIT is drilling are in the ball park, even before any concentration is done, of the spodumene grades from Pilgangoora ore recently shown by ANSTO to produce 99.8% battery grade lithium carbonate.
PS: I am putting "not held" posters on ignore. My commiserations to LPD holders, however I don't think the TO will go ahead. It is more likely IMHO that some major will buy out LIT when the International Patent comes through and the Large Scale Pilot Plant is in operation.
