Pompie - I think that's an absolute "Dooms Day" view.
If they continue to stall - RWD will pull the deal and take them into arbitration - a max 12 month delay that most likely will be cheaper in the long run.
It's issues like this that prevent more miners from doing the RIGHT thing - RWD tried to do the right thing and now they're being penalized for it.
It's a matter of how and when - not if.
