the Martu have shot themselves and everyone else in the foot... why they haven't signed off an agreement that was by most commentators a ground breaking deal, who knows?.... the point to grasp though is that the Martu can no longer lock out RWD from Lake Disappointment - yeah, it might head back to arbitration but eventually RWD will be hauling potash from Lake Disappointment nothing can stop it.... how long is it going to take? and what happens to the sp in the meantime?..... I dunno....
pretty damned disappointing at this stage....
