Steve probably hasn't had time to scratch himself - coming up to speed with holdings, negotiations underway, legal issues in relation to those negotiations, native title, government approvals (dme), etc, etc.

If I were to put myself in his shoes I'd probably be spending quite some time away from the office, and paperwork, up in FNQ looking after the bigger picture items - looking after s/holders interests and making sure negotiations don't stall.

I'd be really worried if he was in the office everyday preparing meaningless anns
