I consider "Tight" normally a good word, although it depends what we are referring too. Well as for "Gas", it's cold in Melbourne and we use gas heaters at home and in the office, therefore I'd like to keep my toosh warm this coming winter.
We need Gas Ian. It is an energy which the public uses on a daily basis. You may recall some years back when Melbourne felt the Gas shortage and restrictions were imposed preventing us from daily showers and heating. The public and business were devastated and business were losing profits caused by the restrictions.
The going rate is about $2.10/1000 depending on the discovery it can be very profitable.
Gas is essential.. Would out it our lives would be hell.
What would you recommend investing in at this point in the market, gold, nickel, oil ? Currently, I'm holding a bit of everything, diversify is the key word right now.
