Yeah $200 a meter is pretty right but the client does also get hit normally for the on costs mud's, bits, barrels, tubes and so on basically any consumables required. The client can also get slugged for things like drill strings if you are required to drill through a fault and you get bogged.
So say the contract is $200 a meter the end cost would be closer to $500 a meter by the time all is taken into account.
