    its CVN who determines that not SUR. SUR are sitting on the sidelines with money waiting for CVN to do something. So this is the CVN show, not SUR.

    I have the answer now anyway. CVN are changing one of the rigs which gives heaps better drill mobility which increases their productivity substantially. this means they can drill many more holes per year with the same number of staff
