    The rig problem has just been made worse by CVN's joint venture partner POE's success at POE's L53 concession.

    This will imcrease the pressure for more rigs or at least the faster truckable type.

    In the meantime the POE success near an old BP sandstone hole will raise expectations of success for the SUR/CVN JV,
    rigor mortis or not. ( POE went up 11% - Thailand is oily)
